In the Control Panel, select “Grade Center”, and click “Full Grade Center.” In Grade Center, click “Manage” tab, and select “Column Organization.” Check the boxes of the column you want to unhide. Select “Show/Hide” tab and click “Show Selected Columns.”

To set the external grade, open a column's menu and select Set as External Grade. The External Grade icon appears in the column header you chose and no icon appears in the default total column header. If you copy or restore a course, the external grade column you chose remains as the external grade column.

Leave the report card at school. You can leave it in your locker if you have one or in your desk. If you have a job, you can leave the incriminating evidence at work. If it's a specific test score or project mark that you're trying to hide, don't bring the graded document home.
