Fun place to work

This company culture operates outside of the typical office structure. Employees are often working together and there’s an emphasis on brainstorming, feedback and innovation. Processes are more casual, but team projects are still results-oriented.

Laidback Environment

The department I was in was very laidback. We had tons of availability and VTO offers. Pay could have been better but for the work it wasn't too bad. Best job I've had.

Horrible Place to work

I didn’t even stay a full 6 months before I quit. The management is only for themselves and will let you drown in calls and not help you. They are suppose to take escalated calls and they don’t which gets you in trouble. The 12/hr isn’t worth the hassle and you will get burned out almost immediately with non stop incoming calls.

Good place to work

Good place to work, follow the rules and watch your numbers, then you will move up quickly. Very by the book sort of company, I enjoy that aspect, some did not.

Pretty good place to work

Overall great place, great pay. Some Supervisors are lazy and NO HELP! Callers don’t listen, schools expect you to assist students/parents with little given information.

Fun work, but stagnant

As an enrollment coach you are helping mainly adults in the work force go back to college (Depending on the contract you work for). It is very fullfilling helping those in need, but it can be stagnant leaving the same voicemail over and over again. Another downside is the pay the lack of opportunity for advancement.

Good place to start but...

The place is okay to start. But turnover is high due to garbage benefits. They say that the coaches are valued. But, not getting paid for holidays for 3 years and no paid time off the 1st year tell a different story. I don't plan to stay l ong term. The work environment is not professional.
