In the Grade Center, access the Manage menu and select Smart Views. On the Smart Views page, select the icon in the Add as Favorite column. If you don't want a smart view to appear, select the icon to remove it from the list.

About the total column The total column generates a grade based on the cumulative points earned, related to the points allowed. You can select which columns and categories are included in a total column's calculation. When you create a total column, you can include other calculated columns.

In the Course Management menu, go to the Full Grade Center. Click on the chevron by the column you want to hide and select Hide from Instructor View.
Note: Any column that is associated with an assessment such as a test or assignment within Blackboard cannot be deleted without removing the assessment from Blackboard first. Deleting a column is permanent, and any user information in the deleted column will be lost.Jan 11, 2019
Locate the Weighted Total column in the Grade Center. Click the Action Link (drop-down arrow) in the column heading, then select Edit Column Information from the menu. If you do not have a Weighted Total column, create one by clicking Create Calculated Column > Weighted Total. Required: Fill in the column name.
Weighted Total vs. Total: the two columns are created by default in every Blackboard space. The Total column shows the number of points attained out of the total possible. The Weighted Total shows the current total as determined by the weighting scheme set in the Edit Column Information page as above.
A Weighted Total Column calculates and displays a grade based on the result of selected columns and/or categories, and their respective percentages. For example, tests are worth 40% of the final course mark, assignments and quizzes 40%, and final exam 20%.
Locate the assignment that you wish to edit, and hover over the link for the assignment. Click the chevron button that appears next to the assignment and select Edit from the menu.Mar 3, 2021
On the Grading Schemas page, click the Letter Action Link to access the contextual menu. Select Edit. On the Edit Grading Schema page, edit the Name, if desired, and add an optional Description. In the Grades Scored Between text box, enter the percentage range for the letter grade.
Under Appearance and Personalization, click Change the theme. Click Window Color. Click Advanced appearance settings....Missing Scroll Bar from Grade CenterClick Apple -> System Preferences.Click [General]Select [Always] from the [Show scroll bars] section of the screen.Close any open System Preference windows.
