If you're accessing your course from a mobile device or tablet or from within a small browser window, Blackboard will collapse the sidebar by default. To expand the sidebar, click the blue area at the side of the screen. If you don't see the blue area to expand the sidebar, try enlarging the browser window.Jan 26, 2018
With Zoom's Blackboard integration, faculty can schedule, start and manage meetings directly from Blackboard. Students can join meetings and access cloud recordings from within the course as well. Before you can use Zoom in Blackboard, your Zoom account must be activated.
Within Blackboard, go to your Zoom App. Click on Schedule a New Meeting. Your course name should be automatically listed as the title, though you can change the title. Enter a description if desired.
Try clearing your browser cache, and reloading the session. Restart your computer. Try using Firefox instead of Chrome. Try dialling into the session using your phone.
Android: Go to Settings > Apps > Blackboard or Instructor > Storage > Clear Data. Uninstall the Blackboard app or Blackboard Instructor app. Restart device.
