Never felt that I belonged here. The management team is a joke. They always pick thir favorites and they get a way with murder. But if your a hard working employee expect to be over looked.
Continuously adding skills with no increase of pay. When you meet the goal then you are still told that's not good enough. The expectations of taking 10+ skills and keep our calls under 5 minutes meanwhile, you are not properly trai ed, no help, and no matter who your supervisor is, their hands are tied.
Loved working for the place the management was wonderful, they also incorporated working from home. Pay was decent and hours can be flexible depending on the hours you have in the bank
I feel I have completed my job successfully after I have covered all the questions asked of me. I feel I have contributed to the value of this company knowing each client has successfully completed thier tasks. This is a great contributed work for. I have gained so much from the time I have started my employment
Pros: Company has different shifts available. Incentives are achievable and rewarding. Employee training is very Informative and beneficial. Clean and friendly workplace.
Training is short and unclear. Management vans be disorganized and fib about growth in company. The customers are nice but the job is confusing the first month.
Chaotic and stressful. No real remote support. Training is horrible. You are completely unprepared for what the job requires. Leads and supervisors are rude and condescending. Low pay, no flexibility.
