CUNY CIS upgrades Blackboard annually at the end of December. The Fall 2020 Blackboard upgrade is scheduled to begin on Sunday, December 27th at 12:30 am and is expected to be completed by the close of business on Monday, December 28th. Blackboard will be taken offline and there will be no access to the environment during the upgrade.

BLACKBOARD TIPS FOR STUDENTS. Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome are the most compatible browser to use. If you use a public computer (e.g. in a computer lab), make sure to close all browser windows after logging out from Blackboard.
Courses will not show on Blackboard for students, if faculty do not make them available. Make sure your Citymail account is the default email in Blackboard. Otherwise you will not receive emails sent by your instructor.
