Favoritism. Free lunch was sort of ok.. Very low pay. Low moral. There's really not much more to say. They did not treat there employees well at all. No exit interview as I requested
They tend to continue piling on extra, not to mention harder, work while expecting to maintain the same level of efficiency. Training is little to none, and pay is below average. Job security is there if you know what you're doing though.
The single worst job of my life. They pay horrible, benefits are horrible, if you are not from India, there is virtually no upward mobility. They just laid off an entire division with 2 weeks notice and no severance package at all. Do not work here. If you do, you will likely be suicidal in 6 months.

The manager openly refused to take calls from upset customers for any reason. She left our whole team hanging and getting yelled at by angry customers all day long.
