How to add Adobe Creative Cloud to a course?

Click Adobe Creative Cloud to add it to your course. On the Link Information page that opens, select an appropriate Category and click Submit. Once this step is complete, Adobe Creative Cloud appears in the course content feed. Select from the dropdown to make the tool visible to students. Use the Content Market.

How to create a placement in Adobe Creative Cloud?

Click Create Placement. To verify, go to Tools from the navigation menu on Blackboard Learn home page. Then, click Adobe Creative Cloud to start launch.

After time in the military I started my journey as a designer with a BA in Graphic Design. I worked for Schoolwires Creative prior to Blackboard and love the fact that through design I'm able to serve the education community. Apart from design I spend a good deal of time with my family and enjoy sports such as skiing/boarding, soccer, and tennis.

When are course shells available?

New course shells are typically generated during the early registration period. Faculty have access at that time. Student enrollment is processed 1-2 weeks before the new semester starts.

How long are courses available after the semester ends?

Blackboard will host our courses for one full academic year. For example, courses for Summer 2013 will be archived and deleted during Fall 2014. Faculty should always save their gradebooks as a matter of best practice at the end of each term as well as archive the course content.

How do I recover an old ANGEL course?

Academic Computing personnel has archival access to legacy ANGEL courses. A help desk ticket request ( [email protected]) is required to retrieve stored content into a Blackboard course template. When requesting support, instructors should provide the following information:

Will my ANGEL course transfer into Blackboard?

Yes! There is some minor clean up, but content will transfer into Blackboard. We have observed some quirks with a few components such as missing answers for fill-in-the-blank questions and YouTube videos. Elluminate/Collaborate sessions do not transfer over automatically, but there is a workaround to recover your links to recorded sessions.

What is Aspire template?

A clean and simple template, Aspire allows for a light or dark color scheme. The main photo rotator is smaller, keeping the global icons above the fold. This template has three horizontal regions, and a flexible content area that can be set up with one, two or three columns of information. The multiple column layout is ideal for featuring social media feeds and it’s easy to add visual interest to any site setup with the optional background and footer images.
