Highlight the text you wish to make into a link, then click the Hyperlink button in the second row of buttons. It looks like a chain link. Step 2: The Insert/Edit Link page will open in a pop-up window. Step 3: Paste the entire URL (or web address) into the Link Path box.

Users enrolled as 'Guest' in a Blackboard course have very limited access to the course. They may be given limited 'view-only' permission to see specific content (e.g. lecture notes, course documents), and will be able to view content shared with the course from MS Stream.Feb 28, 2019
When checked, Guest access enables attendees that are not enrolled on your Blackboard course to attend the Collaborate Session. Decide if you want guests to join as participants, presenters or moderators. Complete the rest of the session details. Copy the Guest Link URL and send it to your attendees.
