Hiding/Showing entries on the Course Menu Each Course Menu entry has a drop-down menu to the right of its name. A menu item is hidden if it has a square with slash next to it (1). Click on the drop-down menu (2) and choose "Show Link" or "Hide Link" (3) to Show or Hide that content link.
Internet History and Cache Sometimes, this stored data can create problems for Blackboard users trying to login to the system. If you are experiencing “Session Already Running” errors or are unable to view certain web content, try clearing your Internet history and/or cache.

Courses may not appear in the My Courses module in Blackboard for a few reasons: The instructor has not yet published the course for student view (most common reason). The student has not yet successfully registered and paid for the course. There may be an issue with the student's enrollment.
Log into Blackboard Learn and enter the course. In the Course Management menu under Customization, click Properties. Under Set Availability, check the radio button next to "Yes" for Make Course Available. Click the Submit button.

Unlike the content folder, a learning module will give you and your students a table of contents that automatically lists the content you put within the module. A learning module appears similar to a folder on the Course Content page. Select the title or arrow to open the module and view content. In addition to content items, files, and assessments, your instructor can add activities and tools that promote interactive learning and collaboration.
A learning module is a container for organized collections of content. You can view learning modules and edit some settings in the app, but you create them in the web browser view of your course. You can require students to complete the content in a sequence or allow students to explore the content in any order.
When you open an attached file in the app, you can view, export, or print it. When you export, you can select one of the installed applications on your mobile device. For example, you can email the file or save to your cloud storage.
For Ultra learning modules in Blackboard Instructor, you can edit the title, visibility, and description. You can also delete Ultra learning modules. To make further changes, access your course on a web browser. Item settings for learning modules aren't available for Original courses.
Test descriptions and instructions are displayed if instructors provide them during test creation. Test descriptions show to students before they begin an attempt and test instructions show after they begin an attempt.
Bb Annotate is the inline grading tool instructors use to provide feedback and notes in submitted assignment files. Instructors can use Bb Annotate in the web view of Blackboard Learn for both Ultra and Original courses. Currently, the Blackboard Instructor app supports only assignments in Original courses.
The Blackboard app doesn't support the Original course Mark Reviewed feature at this time. Students need to access a course in a desktop web browser to use this feature if the instructor made it available for a content item.
Tests are natively supported in the Blackboard app. A test must contain only question types and test settings that are supported on mobile in order to open natively in the Blackboard app. If a test contains questions or settings that aren't supported, the app handles it differently depending on the building block version installed in Blackboard Learn.

Within Ultra courses, journals don’t show in the Due Dates list and don't appear in Course Content. A future release* will show journals within courses. Please access your course on a web browser to view Ultra journals that don't have due dates.
