Blackboard Learn keeps no record of sent or received emails. Keep a copy of important messages in your inbox in case you need them later. You can send email to these users or groups in a course: All Users: Sends email to all users in the course.
You can copy all the content or select individual items from the other courses you teach. On the Course Content page, select the plus sign to open the menu and select Copy Content. Or, open the menu on the right side above the content list. Select Copy Content.
Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP [3] tab. Under the Forwarding [4] section, click the Add a forwarding address [5] button. Enter the email address for which messages should be delivered then click the Next button. Click the Proceed button.
As for saving drafts of an e-mail as you compose it in Blackboard, the answer is no. Blackboard does not contain a true e-mail system; it simply provides a way for you to send messages from an already established e-mail account (gmail, yahoo, etc) to people enrolled in a course site.

Access your messagesFrom the Blackboard Communications HQ interface menu, select Messages > Inbox.Select the Subject to open a specific message. You can view the detailed date, time, and address that sent the message if you select Show Delivery Details. You can also Remove the message when finished.
To access your drafts, return to the forum page and set it to List View. Access the Display menu and select Drafts Only to view the saved post. Select the draft's title to open the Thread page. While you view your post, point to it to view Edit and Delete.
