There are two ways to do this: Open the Collaborate panel. Drag-and-drop the Participants icon to the main stage. Open the Collaborate panel and select Participants. Select More options at the top of the panel. Select Detach Panel. The main stage adjusts so you can still see everything on it.
Then, when new users are created, they will have the privileges as you defined. View User Defaults. Login to SAS as Manager. Select Utilities. Click Users in the User Management utility. Perform Sort and select Accept. Click User Defaults. When creating new users, you will be asked to provide basic information about the user. All usernames must be unique.

With your keyboard, press Alt + M to turn your microphone on and off. Press Alt + C to turn your camera on and off. The microphone is active after you turn it on, but you get to preview your video before others can see you. Your video will appear backwards to you.
You'll also see fewer videos, if you have the Session menu or Collaborate panel open. Speaker view is the default view when you join. Select the Change view button in the upper right of the screen to switch between views.
Open the Collaborate panel and select Attendees. At-a-glance you see: The roles of each attendee. We've grouped attendees by roles to make it easier to see who can do what in the session.
To start recording, open the Session Menu. From the Session Menu, select Start Recording. The recording camera appears on with a red dot while recording is in progress. To finish recording, open the Session Menu and select Stop Recording.Jun 18, 2019
