Your instructor must grant you the Presenter role in Collaborate Ultra in order to share documents or your screen. Open the Collaborate panel by going to the lower right-hand corner of the screen and clicking on the purple button with the double arrowhead in it.
Camera/webcam is not working (attendees cannot see you) Ensure that you have turned on your video (webcam) in Collaborate. The video icon will appear blue when it is on. If you do not see the video icon at all then moderators will need to give you permission to share video.Oct 25, 2021
Select Pointer from the toolbar and start moving your cursor to what you want to highlight. All attendees will see your movements in real time. To stop pointing, select the Pointer button again or any other tool. Only moderators and presenters have a pointer.
