To enable attendance taking, you will access the Attendance tab when creating or editing a session. Select the box that says Share attendance information with LMS. Once selected, you'll be able to set your preferences on time, including when students are considered late or absent.Apr 20, 2021

Moderators see hand raise notifications and can lower hands. They can remove attendees from a session, but they cannot remove other moderators. Moderators can set the session settings, including deciding what participants can and can't do. Moderators get email with links to their session recordings.
Overall view As you mark students' attendance, their attendance grades are posted automatically. If you change students' attendance or clear marks, students see the changes immediately.
In a course, select the Gradebook icon on the navigation bar to access your Course Grades page and view your overall attendance grade. Select Attendance to open up the panel to view details of each course meeting. You can view a summary and easily see how many class meetings you've missed.
Open the attendance report in Excel, Word or other program for which the form is designed. Fill in the information daily or weekly, keeping track of student names, dates present, dates absent, whether absences are excused, and any notes you need to make regarding students' absences.
