Blackboard Collaborate mobile web conferencing allows users of Blackboard Collaborate web conferencing to connect to their sessions on the Apple iPad, iPod Touch, or iPhone devices. You can do these things with the app. View the Whiteboard. View an Application on another user's desktop.
Collaborate is supported on these devices and browsers: Android: Chrome browser. iOS 11+: Safari browser.

If this does not work, ensure that the microphone is not muted in the operating system and that the microphone volume is not set really low in your operating system.
