Use the Gallery view settings in Session settings to decide how many videos you and your students see at once. Let everyone see every video. Or keep the full view for yourself but limit distractions for participants and let them only see 4 videos.

Record each session, once you exit the room for each section it then logs the videos so students can go back to it again later. The one issues with it I’ve seen is that if students are viewing seasons through BB Collab on their phones they can’t see anything you share onscreen or the “whiteboard” option when it’s live.

With this knowledge, check in with individual participants to see if they were having any technical issues or need a quick review of what was presented and discussed. Select Printable and print the page.
With your keyboard, press Alt + H. Open the Collaborate panel. Open the Session menu. Switch to the follow-the-speaker view.
