From the Collaborate scheduler, select Recordings and find the recording you want. Open the Recording options and select Recording settings. Change the name and select Save.

If you need to edit the recording, you can use the drop down arrow next to the recordings name and select “Edit Recording.” a. This will then open a window that allows you to edit the recording. You can change the recordings name and description, the courses the recording is available to, and enable guest links.
You can download recordings from Collaborate using the following steps: Access Blackboard Collaborate within your course. Open the menu in the upper left-hand corner, and select Recordings. Enter a Name for the tool link and from the Type dropdown choose Blackboard Collaborate Ultra. Tick the Available to Users box and click Submit. The Tool Link to Collaborate Ultra will then be added to the bottom of the course menu. This is the link that you and your students can use to access the recordings.Mar 24, 2020
Click a Play button associated with your recording. Play button in the Blackboard Collaborate column. Play button in the Audio (MP3) or Video (MP4) column. The recording will open up in the embedded media player embedded.
