When you are watching a lecture recording in Blackboard click the bookmark you've just created. A prompt will ask you to enter the playback speed, 1.5 is entered as the default, but you can enter any decimal number. Once that has been done, check back later for your recording. (It will usually take twice the length of the session for the recording to be produced and then there is usually a fifteen minute processing time after this - so if the session ran for one hour, check back after two and a half hours).

No. Deleted recordings don't count against Collaborate's storage quota. Recordings do still exist on the AWS servers for 30 days in case recovery is necessary.
