Access and Share Recordings Share the recording with others outside of Blackboard by clicking the Recording Options button, and select Recording Settings. Tick the Allow Public Access checkbox. Click Recording Options, and then Copy Link to get the link to the recording.

Enter a Name for the tool link and from the Type dropdown choose Blackboard Collaborate Ultra. Tick the Available to Users box and click Submit. Click on the menu on the left hand side and click on recordings. Be aware that your recording will not show up automatically. It will take between 10 minutes to an hour after recording to see your recording pop up here, so plan accordingly.
