Create online tests and quizzes using Blackboard's Test tool. These tests can be used for evaluating learning (with grades) or to allow students to master concepts using self-assessment. These instructions are to create a new test in a Blackboard course.
How to Create a Multiple-Choice Test in BlackboardFrom any content page, click Assessments tab.From the drop down menu, choose Test.To create a new test, click Create.In “Test Information” page, enter Name, Description, and Instructions. Then, click Submit.
If it is available, to make it unavailable, click the action menu associated with it, and click Edit Test Options. Under Membership, click Browse Then find the student(s) you wish to give access to the test again. Click Submit when finished to add that student to the adaptive release.

Locate the student and the assignment for which you would like to allow an additional attempt. Hover over the the grade area and click the gray drop-down arrow for more options, then click View Grade Details.
