Blackboard Collaborate mobile web conferencing allows users of Blackboard Collaborate web conferencing to connect to their sessions on the Apple iPad, iPod Touch, or iPhone devices. You can do these things with the app. View the Whiteboard. View an Application on another user's desktop.
You can launch Blackboard Collaborate Ultra sessions from the Blackboard app if a link is provided within a course. You're directed to a web browser to join the session. Collaborate is supported on these devices and browsers: Android: Chrome browser.
We strongly recommend Blackboard students use the latest version of Mozilla Firefox for Windows or Mac because it is the most compatible with our current Blackboard systems.

The Blackboard app is designed especially for students to view content and participate in courses. The app is available on iOS and Android mobile devices.
Click on the Join Room button in the first box (the general room for the course). Then, the room (as shown below) will come up on the screen. For first-time users, click on the link “download the Blackboard Collaborate Launcher” Click on the Download Launcher button. A pop-up window reminds you to install the launcher.
Click a Play button associated with your recording. Play button in the Blackboard Collaborate column. Play button in the Audio (MP3) or Video (MP4) column. The recording will open up in the embedded media player embedded.
