The recording is only available to group members and instructors/TAs via the group's Collaborate page. Students cannot share a link or download the recording. Only the instructor/TA has the ability to get a link to the recording, edit the name, and delete the recording.
Select the “Attendees” Icon from the Collaborate Panel to view the all of the participants in the session. Attendees have microphone and camera settings in the same location as your own (at the bottom of the screen).

Check that your browser is fully up-to-date. If you see the message that Application sharing is starting but the screen does not start sharing, stop and restart the application sharing. If you are using Chrome, make sure that the Desktop Sharing extension has been installed.Jan 29, 2021
If you are using a Chrome browser, you can share video from sites like YouTube or open video and audio files you have on your desktop. Within your Blackboard Collaborate session, open the Collaborate panel and select the Share Content tab. Select Share Application/Screen.Sep 28, 2020
Click on the menu on the left hand side and click on recordings. Be aware that your recording will not show up automatically. It will take between 10 minutes to an hour after recording to see your recording pop up here, so plan accordingly.

Once that has been done, check back later for your recording. (It will usually take twice the length of the session for the recording to be produced and then there is usually a fifteen minute processing time after this - so if the session ran for one hour, check back after two and a half hours).
