The course room is an open session dedicated to your course. This makes it easier for you to use Collaborate with the Ultra experience in your courses. It also provides you and your students a convenient launch point for classes or impromptu meetings. The course room is on by default but can be turned off.

250 attendeesCollaborate sessions support 250 attendees at a time. Administrators can turn on webinar mode to support large scale sessions of up to 500 attendees. If you invite more attendees than the session supports, not everybody invited will be able to join. If role is blank, participant is assigned by default.

Go to Collaborate in your course. Select the session name and select the join option. If offered by your institution, you can use the phone number to join the session anonymously. To learn more, see Join sessions from your phone.
Select the “Attendees” Icon from the Collaborate Panel to view the all of the participants in the session. Attendees have microphone and camera settings in the same location as your own (at the bottom of the screen).

Go to your Teams calendar and open the meeting invite. Go to Breakout rooms and select Create rooms. Choose the number of rooms you want (up to 50) and select Add rooms.

If you no longer need a group, open the group's menu and select Delete group. The students in that group are unassigned automatically and appear at the top of the page.
