Near the top right corner of the pages in your course, the padlock icon shows its availability to students; Clicking the padlock toggles the availability. Define the Enrollment Availability for this group of users. To enroll users but make the course unavailable to them, select No. To enroll users and make the course available to them immediately, select Yes. If you use the Ultra experience, you may override a user's course availability. Select Submit.

Can Blackboard see if you opened other tabs? Blackboard cannot see if you have opened other tabs on your computer if a secure proctoring or lockdown browser is not installed on your computer.
