Can you use Blackboard on CGCC?

A: Yes, it’s true! All registered students are provided a user account in CGCC’s computer system that grants the student access to several computer services on campus. This CGCC user account allows you to access Blackboard which is our online course content delivery system.

Is Blackboard the same as Office 365?

A: Both Blackboard and Office 365 use the same centralized CGCC user account for you to gain access to those services. The username and password that work for Blackboard are the same username and password for Office 365.

Zoom is an online web conferencing platform that allows students the ability to attend virtual class meetings, share presentation materials, and communicate in real-time using audio, video, and chat tools.

The CCCC Portal is a single login system to access all of your college accounts , such as CougarMail, Blackboard, Aviso, and Faculty/Staff Email.

What is a web adviser?

WebAdvisor is an online inquiry and registration system that interacts with the college's database system. You will be able to register, pay for classes, view grades and unofficial transcripts, check your financial aid status, and view your class schedule.
