In Blackboard to attach a file you will see a "Attach file" link. Once a file has been attached, you will then see a "Do not attach" link. This is to remove the file if you need to before submitting it in Blackboard.May 22, 2015

If the assignment is set to allow re-submissions, then when you go back to the assignment, a button will appear near the bottom of the screen labeled "Start New Submission."
