Note: Any column that is associated with an assessment such as a test or assignment within Blackboard cannot be deleted without removing the assessment from Blackboard first. Deleting a column is permanent, and any user information in the deleted column will be lost.
Go to the Full Grade Center. Click on the Manage drop-down menu and click Column Organization. Click the check box next to the columns that you wish to delete. You will be able to delete columns that are hidden as well as columns that are visible.Aug 24, 2017

To set the external grade, open a column's menu and select Set as External Grade.
