In Adobe Reader, click the Print icon , or choose the File.. Print command. In the Print dialog, be sure that you select Documents and Markups from the Comments & Forms drop- down list. Then, in order to include the comments in the printout, click the Summarize Comments button, and confirm your intentions.
Select the View Feedback icon to view your instructor's overall feedback in a pop-up box. On the Review Submission History page, you can view your grade, rubric scores, and overall feedback for the Assignment as well as any in-line comments your instructor may have included.

Underneath the grade, you will see the name of the file the student submitted. Click on the small gray triangle next to the file to open more menu options and click on "Download Annotated PDF". Note: After the file has downloaded, open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader/Pro to see all comments and drawings.

You can download recordings from Collaborate using the following steps: Access Blackboard Collaborate within your course. Open the menu in the upper left-hand corner, and select Recordings. Please click on “Control Panel” >> Click on “Content Collection” >> Click on “Course name”. Please check the square box left to “File Type” to select all files or check the file that you want to download >> Click on “Download Package” to download all files as .
In the Content Collection, go to the folder that contains the files or folders you want to download. Select the files and folders to download. Select the Download Package button. You can also find the Download Package option in the item's menu.
