Setting Up Surveys in Blackboard (Movie 4:55) NOTE: All surveys are anonymous by default, you cannot determine which users selected a particular response.
With your keyboard, press Alt + M to turn your microphone on and off. Press Alt + C to turn your camera on and off. The microphone is active after you turn it on, but you get to preview your video before others can see you. Your video will appear backwards to you.
Select Share content. Select Polling. Select Multiple Choice or Yes/No Choices. Optionally, type the poll question or leave it blank.
Promote all attendees You can also have all attendees join as presenters or moderators. From the list of Sessions, find a session. Select Session options and Edit settings. Select Presenter or Moderator in the Guest Role menu.
Select the “Attendees” Icon from the Collaborate Panel to view the all of the participants in the session. Attendees have microphone and camera settings in the same location as your own (at the bottom of the screen).
Muted attendees see a notification telling them that the moderator has muted their microphone. Note: Attendees can turn their microphone back on after being muted.

You're given the option to type in question and answer text that your audience can see. To start a poll, open the Collaborate Panel (purple button, bottom right of screen), go to “Share Content” and pick “Polling”.Jun 24, 2020
To create a Community post:Sign in to YouTube.At the top of the page, select Create. Create post.In the box at the top: Type a message to create a text post or add text to an image, GIF, or video post. Choose to create a video , poll , or image post.Select Post.
Open the Attendees list to view all attendees. Open the Collaborate panel and select Attendees. At-a-glance you see: The roles of each attendee.
The presenter role is designed to allow students to present without giving them full moderator privileges. Presenters can upload, share, edit, and stop sharing content. They can also see hand raise notifications and can lower hands.
Go to Collaborate in your course. Select the session name and select the join option. If offered by your institution, you can use the phone number to join the session anonymously. To learn more, see Join sessions from your phone.
Blackboard Learn is currently available to anyone and is accessible by going to learn.bu.edu
Older Blackboard course sites will be archived after 5 years in accordance with the Archive & Retention Policy
