When you add files from cloud storage, the system makes copies of the files in your course. The files aren't linked. Any change you make to a file within your course doesn't apply to the file in cloud storage.

The Blackboard app utilize s the iOS Files app to attach files from your device or cloud services. You can access third-party cloud storage such as iCloud®, OneDrive®, Google Drive™, or Dropbox.
Open the iOS Files app on your device . Tap Browse to access a list of file storage locations. Tap the three dots at the top of the screen and select Edit. Slide to turn on the third-party apps that you want to access in Files. Tap Done.
