As a security feature to prevent unauthorized logins to your account, your Blackboard account will lock after 5 failed login attempts. The lock will remain in place for approximately 90 minutes. After that point, you will be able to attempt the login again.
If you have forgotten your password, you can simply use the Reset My Password (mypassword.waketech.edu) link. You will need your Wake Tech ID number and Key Account Login, and you will have to answer a random security question before you can reset your password.
