Why can’t I submit open Microsoft Office files to BlackBoard Learn?

Does Blackboard Learn require a browser?

Is Blackboard app supported on iOS 12?

Mobile browsers are also supported for the Original experience. Older themes are not supported on these browsers even though users may have success using them. Blackboard App and Blackboard Instructor are supported native apps for mobile and tablet devices that interact with Blackboard Learn servers.

Is Pyramid a browser?

Errors & workarounds

You may see an alert message when opening some pages within Blackboard. The image below shows the alert message displayed across the top of the browser; there is an option to investigate the error by clicking on the ‘Learn More’ link in the right-hand side of the alert message.
