You can use eduroam to access the wifi network with your usual network login and password while visiting participating campuses around New Zealand and the world. Your username is used with @autuni.ac.nz. For example, student with network login abc1234 would use [email protected] as their username.
How to access your files off-campusTo view and access the 'My Files' tab use the AUT network access portal.To login to the MyFiles network portal, type username: AUTUNI\username, Example: AUTUNI\abcd123 and your network password.Click on 'My Files' to access your files on H: Drive and K: Drive.
How to get to the AUT Blackboard system?If you are on the AUTi page, the 'Blackboard' link is available under the 'Systems' section near the bottom of the page;If you are on the AUT website homepage (www.aut.ac.nz), at the bottom of the page, the 'Blackboard' option is on the task bar.
Open a web browser and login to https://ns.aut.ac.nz using your AUT network login and password. Wait for Remote Access to change to connected (as below).
