Check that the browser has permission to access your microphone and camera. Visit the troubleshooting page for your browser to learn more. Close all programs on your computer except for the browser you are using for your Collaborate session. Use a hard-wired (Ethernet) connection, if available.
Ensure that the microphone is not muted and that the microphone volume is turned up. If this does not work, ensure that the microphone is not muted in the operating system and that the microphone volume is not set really low in your operating system.
