Students with a blank field in the "Attend Hours" column are not graduating in the term selected. Students who have withdrawn will have a W, in the grade field and the column entitled "Rolled" indicator will display a "Y".
I – Incomplete: Course work is incomplete when a student fails to submit all required assignments or is absent from the final examination. Incomplete course work will normally result in a failing grade if it is not completed within the designated time limit.

The Never Attended process is defined as situations where a student was reported as never attended or participated in all of their course(s).
The Y, which does not count as a failing grade, is given when the reasons for incomplete work are deemed justifiable by the instructor, or at the end of the first term of a course that continues into a succeeding term.
For undergraduate courses, the D grade and higher will be converted to Pass (Y); and F grades will be converted to Fail (Z). For graduate courses, the C grade and higher will be converted to Pass (Y); and C-, D+, D and F grades will be converted to Fail (Z).
