So if conditions change, and they always do , Agile teams can adapt accordingly.
Contracting and acquisition personnel must put themselves in the shoes of the performer or potential performer, especially those who have never previously performed work via OTs with the DoD.<br> <br> There also must be collaboration as needed between teams within DoD and other government organizations.
