Download the Blackboard smartphone app and access Collaborate on your phone. Once you are in Collaborate, point to the avatar image and select My Settings to set your profile picture. Also from Your Avatar > My Settings, set up your audio and video and adjust your volume. You must give the browser permission to use audio and video.

You can download Collaborate Ultra recordings as MP4 files. To download a Collaborate Ultra recording: In Blackboard Collaborate Ultra, select the menu in the upper left corner. Select Recordings.
Enter a Name for the tool link and from the Type dropdown choose Blackboard Collaborate Ultra. Tick the Available to Users box and click Submit. When you are watching a lecture recording in Blackboard click the bookmark you've just created. A prompt will ask you to enter the playback speed, 1.5 is entered as the default, but you can enter any decimal number. Press enter or click OK and the playback speed will be immediately applied.Sep 30, 2020
Click on the menu on the left hand side and click on recordings. Be aware that your recording will not show up automatically. It will take between 10 minutes to an hour after recording to see your recording pop up here, so plan accordingly.
