Uninstall the launcher On Windows, open Programs and Features in your Control Panel and uninstall Blackboard Collaborate Launcher. On Mac, open your Downloads folder, or Applications folder if you put the launcher application there, and drag Blackboard Collaborate Launcher to your Trash.
Access a course, tap Collaborate under Course Materials, and select a session. The Course Room is a default session in Collaborate Ultra. If your instructor disables this room, it will appear in the app as Locked. Tap an available session to launch it in your device's mobile browser.
Sign up for the Collaborate free trial. This 30-day free trial allows anyone to take a look at Collaborate with the Ultra experience. Sign up on the Blackboard website (available in English only). After you submit the form on the free-trial page, the system creates a 30-day session for you.
Whilst Virtual Backgrounds are not natively supported in Collaborate, Blackboard has recommended using third-party tools to provide this much-requested functionality.Oct 26, 2020
